Kenya in South Africa

From old legs, Makhaya Ntini and Nella are way better than Louw or Zondeki!

From new lot, why dont they try Tsotsobe or du Preez ahead of this joker Zondeki?

People says that Kallis has improved his technique and fitness. Is that true? Sadly I couldnt watch the game!

du Preez pulled out of the Proteas one day camp last week for he didn't want to jeopardise a Kolpak contract. Fair chance he would have been given a go ahead of Louw.

Disappointing thing about Cackdeki is that he actually bowled 'ok' when he returned for a second spell and that will probably keep him going until his crucified by the Australians.

His still overweight and doesn't look any slimmer to my eyes. In regard to technique his initial trigger movement happens far earlier now so his position quicker but Kenya have no seamers with any pace so it will be interesting to see how this new movement works against bowlers of Brett Lee's pace.

Kallis doesn't like bowling.
True. He believes the more he bowls the more it effects his batting.

This is why he is seen to bowl more against the supposed 'minnows' than the big teams. Against tough opposition he prefers to concentrate on his batting as he (probably correctly) thinks bowling takes away from his batting and adds an unneeded element of tiredness, fatigue and mental strain.

Ryan McLaren's South African future?

Whats his position really now that Kent haven't released from his contract. Would he be stuck with them until his contract end or could he find away out of it in the next 6-12 months?

No he has to fulfil his contract unless Kent release him in the mean time. He could appeal and say that he desperatley wants to go but its totally up to the Kent board

Or SA cricket could buy out his contract

What are the chances of this happening?
Slim or it would have happened already.

It was a mess really. Very premature of SA to announce him in the squad without knowing his contract situation and having no plans to deal with it.

TBH, I dont thin Cricket SA can justify buying out the contract and then paying wages on top of that.

Dropped and he was very unhappy about it because no one bothered to tell him! He found out from a journalist.
