How to measure bowling speed

Not really, it's a completely different technique.
Whilst its not exactly the same technique as bowling in a match it is not completely different.
All i know is that all the fast bowlers who i have played with and against can bowl the ball further than the ones who aren't as quick.
When Ian Bishop came to play at Doncaster Town in the mid 1980s he could bowl the ball some 15-20 yards further than the rest of us,and make no mistake he was very quick, as i'am sure that future countless readings from the speed gun would confirm this.

My younger brother's friend is 12, nearly 13 and can bowl 60mph averagely
So your "express" younger brother can bowl at the same pace as some of the quick off spinners going around inworld cricket? Not bad

I wonder how this young bloke is going now. 115 at that age is good wheels.
Probably smoking gold flakes and managing an impressively catalogued porno collection in an engineering college while occasionally studying computer science.

Alternating between posting nationalistic hogwash on Facebook from The Frustrated Indian while also posting kewl liberal religion bashing posts from The Logical Indian without a hint of irony.

Never watching any test cricket or has watched any in the past but posting 'who says test cricket is dead' after seeing on Cricinfo that a great game is on.

The Indian Middle Class student dream.
