Battle of the Australians - Mk II

Well, we've talked about it in the past and I figure its been long enough since the last one (Sept. 06). Last time around we excluded Bradman for obvious reasons and made a list of 64 players IIRC where Keith Miller came out on top. Anyone fancy starting the nominations, I'll be taking my laptop to my sister's so I'll be back online in the evening.

I don't think we need secondings for this battle but that's up for debate. Also, is 64 enough or shall we go for a higher number? Keep in mind that I am averse to three way battles.

International Captain
Neither would win, however surprised to see Bevan in above Kim Hughes (maybe the only captain not listed).....

Hussey may be in ahead of Hughes now though.....

Just cut straight to the semi-finals. Ponting v McGrath and Miller v Warne. Of course the Final should really be Chappell v Lillee but that won't happen.

Sorry for the absence. I had thought there would be more interest, or at least I got that impression earlier this year. I just thought it would be interesting as McGrath and Warne have retired and have more of a legendary status now more than ever. Shall I even proceed with this?

You'll Never Walk Alone
Would like it if you did. Problem more is a lack of activity bar Eng/NZ posters for quite a while now, not the battle. :)
