Can I just ask are we basing this on Test or their performances for Australia or overall first class plus tests?

Its based on Test and ODI stats usually. I suppose you can take FC stats into account if you want, after all you can vote whomever you want.

Yeah cool, just wanted to be consistent, I reckon someone like Michael Clarke could almost get a run ahead of Paul Reiffel already, but all good.

I'm adding Clarke to where McKenzie was added twice :ph34r:

Ryder unlucky, Redpath underrated but it has to be Ponting.

Might change the title for a day to get attention.

I think I'll bring the mercy rule in play here. Punter by a landslide. Including stats that make the players stand out here on in like Cowper's HS and Davidson's ER.

Round 1: Battle 2

Bob Cowper

Tests: 27 matches, 2061 runs @ 46.84, 5 100s, 10 50s, HS 307

VS

Alan Davidson

Tests: 44 matches, 1328 runs @ 24.59, 5 50s ::: 186 wickets @ 20.53, ER 1.97, 14 5w, 2 10w

VS

Stan McCabe

Tests: 39 matches, 2748 runs @ 48.21, 6 100s, 13 50s, HS 232
