A guy like Mascheranas could also be a good fit for them if they could trade for him.

RC need to get quality Indian players in their side before spending another boat load of wasted cash on a foreign player. Their fielding and bowling has been woeful.

What does he mean by this
"The final proof of the success of IPL will come when the franchisees decide to list their teams. This is a live possibility at least by the third year of the IPL, which is 2010, assuming the concept succeeds."

Itt means listing the teams on the stock exchange like corporate entities
