As I've said before, the ACT should not have a team in any of the competitions unless it has one in all of them. There's no point in just having them in the OD comp or even the T20 comp, as all their good players will eventually leave in pursuit of FC cricket. Why would you stick around playing T20 games for Canberra if you could get a FC gig for New South Wales?

If the Kiwis have their way. North Island and South Island will get a run ahead of ACT and NT in the KFC Twenty20. But yeah a waste of time, if they are not going to play FC as well.

Being an ACT cricket player, but one with zero chance of playing for the Comets, and as one who hates 20/20 cricket. I think it would be a great idea

Wont happen for a variety of reasons, the main one being the stubborness of the board of ACT cricket. Also the fact we continue to lose the majority of our players means we would be cannon fodder and would be a pointless exercise.
