    Langeveldt leaves SA cricket

Langeveldt has left SA cricket to play for Derbyshire as a Kolpak player. He is still great as a limited overs bowler, think the SA team will definitely miss him. That said he is 34 now, and coming to the end of his career. Goodbye Langers.

Right time, and should hopefully benefit SA. Did bowl well in ODIs several times, as well as on his Test debut, but was always obviously just a few clips below Test\ODI class IMO.

I was worrying SA might mess around continuing to pick him in ODIs for the next 2 years or so when he wasn't much good and certainly didn't have any chance of being around in 2011. That worry is now dealt with.

For once a Kolpak agreement should benefit SA. Wonder if he'll continue to play for whichever franchise he plays for?
