Derbyshire are in deep trouble at 112 for 6, from 32.5 overs. If one of Cork or Sutton goes early in the afternoon their batting resistance should be over. Caddick/McLean/Johnson all bowling like a dream.
Played against Luke Sutton when I was at Taunton School, the lad could bat better than anyone back then and he is very handy now. Hope Somerset can drive the advantage home and build a whoppping lead!

Lead achieved....

....with Burns, Tres and Buzz showing what we've been missing so far.

40+ overs left in the day (weather permitting).
Here's to a lead of 150 by the close, no more wickets down, a quick flash in the morning and plenty of time to bowl them out again!

Rain

The lead is 200 but the morning session on day 3 has been washed out and thats got to be Derby's best hope now. If it clears, the damp wicket will make batting a nightmare I imagine and our Big 3 have already shown their credentials in the first innings. We deserve this win the cricket we are playing and it will be harsh to lose out to rain. If Somerset get back on the pitch today, they'll have to be ruthless with the ball and get quick wickets....
