Your 3rd XI

This may take some work, so Im not expecting a lot of replies.

However, what is, in your opinion, the 3rd XI for your Country (if a game was to be played tomorrow).

This is mine for England
1. Butcher
2. Denly
3. Sales
4. Patel
5. Bopara
6. Trott
7. Blackwell
8. Pothas
9. Plunkett
10. Tremlett
11. Lewis

Toughest decision was Denly, Butcher and Trott over Carberry. In fairness not seen enough of Carberry to make a decision where as Trott and Denly have rising reps and Butcher is the experienced campaigner.

EDIT- I forgot Jon Lewis. He is now included and Gough drops to 4th XI

Assuming the current team is the 1st XI, if you are interested in guessing, what did I pick as my 2nd XI (assuming fitness) ? Ill give Tres for free as I included him
before I saw he had retired.

This is my guess at Goughy's 2nd XI:

1) Key*
2) Trescothick
3) Ramprakash
4) Shah
5) Hildreth
6) Rashid
7) Flintoff
8) Prior+
9) Hoggard
10) Harmison
11) Caddick

Would've probably guessed at Swann, but he's already nixed him.

Bolded are correct
Interestingly Hildreth and Rashid both star in my 5th XI. It is certainly possible that Ive been out of the UK too long :)
