Wouldn't be a million miles away from a 2005 or 2006 World XI, frankly.

    OK....

But an interesting question now. Yousuf Pathan would certainly make most teams as an Indian player.

    Gilchrist (A)
    Sanath (B)
    Symonds (C)
    Afridi (D)
    DeVilliers (E)
    Albie Morkel (F)
    Maharoof (F)
    Gambhir (G)
    Raina (G)
    Chanderpaul (G)
    David Hussey (G)
    Ishant Sharma (H)
    Chawla (H)
    Bracken (H)
    Malinga (H)
    Sehwag (Legend)

Surprised by the lack of bowling except for category H. I think this gives the best value per category and well balanced.

    Lineup
    1 Sanath
    2 Sehwag *
    3 Gambhir
    4 Symonds
    5 AB DeVilliers
    6 Gilchrist +
    7 Albie Morkel
    8 Afridi
    9 Chawla
    10 Bracken
    11 Ishant Sharma
    12 Raina

I think my team is the best Incredible batting lineup, and very strong and varied bowling attack.
