In terms of performances? Or in terms of how much they've played and how much opportunity they've had to look good?

The latter. Zaheer has looked much more threatening as a bowler for mine. If I had to choose a new ball bowler to try and get batsmen out I'd choose Zaheer. If I had to choose someone to perform reliably over a test I'd choose Chaminda.
I think Zaheer JUST had a better year than Vaas in terms of how they bowled, and not according to stats.

But I don't think it's that clear cut as people are saying. Like I said, I'd have them for two different roles.
