International Coach
Long way to go - Hayden the early favorite though.
Yeah Hayden is clearly in supreme touch but still have a feeling that in the longer run either Jaques, Clarke or Ponting might overtake him, that's seriously if Hayden gets bored as starts playing ridiculous shots and getting himself out otherwise with the kind of form he is in he can easily press home the advantage now.

Anyone out of the top five may get top scorer but it is likely to be Hayden.

Australia are going to pile on some big runs in Perth. With Irfan or Pankaj along with Ishant we look a really powderpuff attack now. Hayden will cakewalk this contest.

Nah, no Harbhajan, no Zaheer.

He'll get stuck in now.
Well they managed OK without Zaheer Khan at The SCG, and I really don't imagine Harbhajan would have had much success at The WACA (seam-friendly) or Adelaide (flaaaaaaat) either TBH.

They might well get stuck in, but I think they probably would even if Harbhajan hadn't been banned.

Harbhajan could be bowling to Ponting on a drive-way for all I care. Its mental, and when Ponting comes out to bat, and Harbhajan isn't there, it will make a massive difference to his peace of mind.

Cricket is all about the mind Richard. Ponting's pathetic batting against Harbhajan recently should show that.

Nah, don't buy that at all, cricket's about far more than the mind. Harbhajan won't keep getting Ponting out every innings if there's nothing in the surface for him.

Harbhajan's absence may be better for Ponting's peace of mind, but his presence wouldn't have stopped him scoring in the next 2 Tests, if he had the capability.
