With murali not able to break the record in australia...

which english batsmen will be the proud man to be part of the record books ??

Irfan Pathan was the wicket Warne took to take the record off Murali in 2004 - its a pity India aren't playing Sri Lanka next, he'd have a chance to go into the record books for what I'd imagine to be the unique feat of being the record breaking wicket twice. Andrew Strauss was Warne's 700th. Maybe he can complete a rather unique double of being a key milestone for both players...

These polls get stupider by the day. Surely the idea of a poll is to guage opinion not indulge in pointless guess work.

PS It won't be Strauss.

Not Terrible
Well if you were to be of the opinion that a certain Englishman were to have a weakness to Murali than you may deem him the likeliest to fall at that stage (or possibly the person who comes in after them). IMO Murali will get it in the 2nd. Vaughan will be set and then Murali will take him. Cue fireworks.

if u put some logic into it.....

its asking u will he get it in the first inngs or second inngs of the first test i am sure he will cross the mark in the first test itself...by the batsmen whoim u choose it will be evident a tail ender means first inngs and a top order means second inngs..its just my opinion..some one can say it will be only in second test
