Donald in his peak looked like he could kill a batsman silll i would pick steyn anyday

Donald bowled in much bowler friendly wickets to steyn and steyn still has better stats

Only fast bowler slightly better than steyn is mcgrath and mcgrath is the greatest fast bowler of all time

I have seen steyn bowling at dead rubbers in india and still humilating the legendary indian line up.....Peak setyn was jaw dropping

His average is almost identical to Donald's, SR is around 41 compared to Donald's 47, so his ER is correspondingly a bit higher. Steyn has 4.9 WPM compared to Donald's 4.58. Since he's bowled in the era of flatter wickets and bigger bats, out of those two, it has to be Steyn.

Steyn is a beast and despite the fact that I rate McGrath higher than him, is much rather watch Steyn than virtually any other fast bowler, particularly in India.

Steyn for me, but when you get to the top level ATG quicks, you're not gonna lose much picking between them.
