Radio Sport, New Zealand's sporting radio station announced their thoughts on the best one day side of the past 20 years. It was:

Glenn Turner
Nathan Astle
Martin Crowe
Stephen Fleming (captain)
Roger Twose (Jeremy Coney came close)
Chris Cairns
Chris Harris
Richard Hadlee
Ian Smith
Daniel Vettori
Ewen Chatfield (Gavin Larsen/Chris Pringle came close)

His record isn't great though is it. He only has an average of about 22-23.

There's no one in that side I would drop for him.

What would your side be Shaka?

Cricket Spectator
McMillan is a superb test batsman (average over 40) but his one day record is nowhere near as good.

i know this may sound dumb but i would rather have Parore than Ian Smith, even though i am a smith too, and yes MCCA needs to b put in that side
