I loved the quote there referring to New Zealand:

"We are sure if we do not beat them, we can fight them."

Going on past behaviour, that alone will have the Kiwis running for the hills. Or on second thoughts, maybe the forests...Afghans are pretty good at fighting in the hills.

run little Kiwi, run...
And what past behaviour might that be?

Namibia this time showed with the bat. A massive 344? I feel this qualifiers in 2009 should be the most intresting one... Would love to see how Namibia play's against Kenya, Ireland, Scotland... The results of the matches played by Namibia are in the same way as a Test nation plays aginst minnows... NOW WAT???

Should Icc increase the Odi status from 6 to 8 Teams?

There is the big head to head with Kenya in January next year in the Intercontinental cup so you won't have to wait long.:)

Not a great showing so far by Uganda - they are really going to have to pull out all stops to get into the top 4 now! Hope they can turn it around tomorrow.

Namibia are certainly looking the goods at the moment.
