That said, I don't think Brad Hogg will be a world-beater in the Tests but he'll hardly disgrace himself. If anything, I think he'll do quite well, in fact.

But who exactly is he going to replace in a Test line-up?

Not a good enough bat to be worth replacing the 6th batsman and moving Gilly up one, and not a good enough bowler to be a specialist.

He wouldnṫ replace any of the current line-up but ona raging turner, he ḋ knock the third seamer out of the way if we required two spinners.

Either way, I get the feeling he will only play one-dayers.

Manoj Prabarkar bowled what I consider the two best spells of bowling Ive ever seen BAR NONE in the 1992 WC in getting only 2/22 off 10 overs in a losing cause.

That was actually in a winning cause that helped India beat Pakistan in the 1992 WC.
