    Where's SreeSanth?

Any reason why hes not playing in this ODI series , would have thought he'd be the perfect sort of bowler for this series.

    Sreesanth

He was not picked by the team selecters for the ODI series with England, so I think he is India.

His one day bowling isn't really close to being good enough for international level yet - it's quite dire and his record backs that up - even at domestic level. He was always more of a "potential" pick for ODIs, and given his antics in test series, it was believed he'd be much better served with a little time away from the Indian squad.

People will point to Agarkar's selection as dubious, but that can only really be said in hindsight, for his bowling for India in ODIs since his last recall has actually been quite good - you could even make a case for him being India's best ODI bowler of recent times. The fact that he'll almost surely get the axe after this series says a lot about the "Indian wheel of mediocrity" though.

Oh, and in future, posts threads like this in the relevant tour threads.

Munaf Patel shouldn't be anywhere near ODIs either IMO, with his no-ball problems.

...lack of pace, bowling too short, no ability with the bat or in the field, the list goes on.
The speed at which a fielding team gets through the innings is overrated.

He's still young anyway as others have stated he hasn't got the best track record and can be a bit erratic at times.

If they declared balls on the stumps as wides and those that are currently called wide as legitimate.
