Squads should be announced by early September.

Probably the' biggest' move this off season was Justin Kemp, who left the Nashua Titans to join his fellow recognized South African team-mates at the Cape Cobras.

Kruger has signed a long term Kolpak deal with Leicestershire.

And on his way out Kruger has criticised CSA and their lack of commitment to 'black and coloured cricketers'.

"They [Cricket South Africa] are not looking after the players of colour properly. We have not been given opportunities. We are included in squads, but then not used. And when we do get opportunities, we are thrown in at the deep end.

"White players are handed opportunities all the time. It is told to us that they are young and need exposure. Why is the same philosophy not used with us?"

It seems that english counties are negotiating with most the south african pros who played county cricket this year.
Alfonso thomas, andrew hall, neil mckenzie all negotiating kolpak contracts at the moment.
I am sure their will be more to come.
