Reckon Taibu will make his international comeback in this series. Interesting to see if Taylor comes back from the Netherlands and if Sibanda will play.

Should be a chance for South Africa to blood some more young talent.

Didn't know Sibanda made a u-turn on his international career (until I looked over at Cricinfo) but it will be good to see at least a relatively decent Zim side out to face South Africa, no matter how inexperienced or youthful that maybe.

Presumably yourself, considering you took time out of your life to visit this thread and then post in it.
Just because someone opened a thread doesn't mean they cared, though. They might have been only opening it to say they don't care.

Taibu would not be in Zim if he wasn't guaranteed national selection (and money owed or otherwise presumably?), same goes for Sibanda.

South Africa’s squad to tour Zim…

Graeme Smith (Captain)
Gulam Bodi
Loots Bosman
AB de Villiers
Jean-Paul Duminy
Herschelle Gibbs
Albie Morkel
Mornè Morkel
Makhaya Ntini
Vernon Philander
Shaun Pollock
Dale Steyn
Thandi Tshabalala
Johan van der Wath

Mark Boucher is being rested, so AB will keep wicket. Justin Kemp meanwhile misses out for his getting married. Dale Steyn has now been added to the side.

I think it's a bit of a shame that Boucher is rested, since it will bring his streak of 120 consecutive ODIs for South Africa to an end. Why is he being rested, considering that his last game was in early July?

Team hasn't officialy been annouced as yet but Boucher's break of CSA code of conduct is maybe the reasoning behind his 'resting'...
