MVC is an innovative new cricket programme, providing coaching, fun, games and activities for children on five day summer camps, run at top Independent Schools and Universities across the UK. It is designed to introduce boys and girls from all communities to the game by using age-specific programmes that enable children as young as five to start playing cricket, and more importantly, continue to play cricket afterwards.
Head Coach Description:
Responsible for the day to day running of the camp, supervision of staff and ensuring the health and safety and enjoyment of children aged 5 – 12 years through fun, quality coaching, themed activities and games as per the prescribed MVC programme. Liaison with the venue manager on facility usage. Ensure excellent customer service to members, combined with coaching responsibilities for your own group of children.
Skills Match: Minimum ECB Level 2. Experience of staff management, extensive experience of coaching cricket and working with children aged 5 upwards. Fun, vibrant and confident personality. Organisation and leadership skills.

Responsible for leading your own group of children through a range of prescribed cricket coaching, themed activities and games. Ensure the health and safety and enjoyment of the group in your care.
Personal requirements: Minimum ECB level 1. Experience of coaching and leading children in cricket and other sports. Fun, vibrant, confident and bubbly personality with a love of cricket. Ability and experience of working with children from 5 years upwards.
Assistant Coach Description:
Responsible for assisting a coach in leading a group of children aged 5-7 years through a range of prescribed cricket coaching, themed activities and games. Ensure the health and safety and enjoyment of the group in your care.
Personal requirements: Fun, vibrant, confident and bubbly personality with a passion for cricket. Ability and experience of working with children from 5 years upwards. Experience of coaching and leading children in cricket and other sports desirable.
