I hardly see how that matters.

If you have a score of 9 out of 10 it's rather hard to make any further progress. Just repeating that score is a hell of an achievement.
But if you're ranking progress by performance for a period of '03-'07, the rating is blatantly for the performance over that period of time, meaning that all teams should start off at the same ranking - 0 - and build from there. Australia has certainly not been 9/10 as far as progress over the past 4 years.

In terms of progress, definitely not. Progress means you went somewhere... forward.

So you're saying this Australian team is as good or better than the team that won the 2003 World Cup? Because that's laughable.

Which is why "performance" not "progress" would be better.

After all, progress can be a type of performance. The same, as you've demonstrated, is not always true the other way around.

Dono about N20 (or anyone else on here, but I'd be surprised if there weren't any), but plenty were saying such a thing 7 games ago.
