I know Fleetwood-Smith had a very good record for Vic and so did Hassett, Connolly and Ironmonger

Apparently both Miller and Harvey were left out because they made their debuts for Victoria, and moved to NSW later. Harsh, imo.

He was in the Vic side before the war just as a batsman, and played again for Vic after the war. He only left because he could not find a job in Melbourne
