Aussies in England 2003

It recently struck me that people bang on about how county cricket is a poor system for producing top quality cricketers for England yet the number of Aussies over here are on the increase. Are they dragging down standards and is county cricket really that bad?

Here's the Aussies signed up for 2003....

Cox
Warne
Noffke
Brad Hodge or
Danny Marsh,
Michael Di Venuto
Ian Harvey
Martin Love
Stuart Law
Andrew Symonds
Mike Hussey
Stuart Macgill
Michael Kasprowicz
Matthew Elliott
Darren Lehmann

Not a bad bunch.....

2 overseas players should improve the quality of cricket but its the number of games played which causes all the injuries to fast bowlers and its often only the pot of gold that tempts the players above to come over.
