a. 2 openers
b. a captain that doesnt forfeit when things go awry
c. a no. 6
d. a keeper that has rediscovered the art of catching
e. a spinner that has rediscovered the art of taking wickets
f. a reprieve for drug cheats; and
g. a third seamer that remembers he's bowling and not throwing a javelin
Achieve that and they'll do ok
Shoaib Malik is a perfectly acceptable #6 IMO. There's also Asim Kamal who seems to have been discarded for no apparent reason, despite showing very good signs.social said:c. a no. 6
Which one of Asif, Akhtar and Gul resemble chuckers in any way?social said:g. a third seamer that remembers he's bowling and not throwing a javelin
Since when have any of their current frontline attack taken performance enhancing drugs?Legga said:Might not be the best but with their "special medicine" it will be the strongest.

Asif and Akhtar cheated in the sence that they broke the rules, but they didn't cheat in the sence that they gave themselves an unfair advantage.
I wasn't under the impression that the drugs Akhtar and Asif were caught with were steroids though - I thought they were caught with recreational drugs of some form. Admittedly I haven't followed it very closely. Do you have a link?social said:Huh?
Steroids do one of 2 things - they allow you to train with more frequency and greater intensity and/or they aid recovery from injury
That's why their referred to as "performance enhancing" and theyre banned because they provide unfair advantage
