    OK so I'm sure we all agree that it pretty much comes down to five obvious choices.

    1. Matthew Hoggard.
    2. Boycott
    3. Atherton
    4. Paul Collingwood
    5. Ian Bell

    Seriously, someone like Michael Vandort isn't even that good, at least people like Kallis and Boycott could and did play shots. I challenge anyone to watch his 1965(?) Gilette Cup Final knock of 146*, and not be bored.

    To anyone who says Boycs was boring on here, I dount you've ever seen them so.....
