Heaven v Earth

With all the select XI's floating around it's getting harder to come up with something different, but here's an attempt.
The Heaven team must all be dead and the Earth team still alive.

Heaven
1. Hobbs
2. Headley
3. Bradman
4. Walcott
5. Grace
6. Hammond
7. Grout
8. Marshall
9. Larwood
10.Trueman
11.O'Reilly

Earth
1. Gavaskar
2. Richards(B)
3. Richards(V)
4. Tendulkar
5. Lara
6. Sobers
7. Gilchrist
8. Warne
9. Lillee
10.Hadlee
11.Murali

The Wheel is Forever
It would be Hell and Earth for some of those fellas.

Earth
1. Gavaskar
2. Barry Richards
3. Tendulkar
4. Lara
5. Sobers
6. Imran
7. Gilchrist
8. Warne
9. Wasim
10.Hadlee
11. McGrath

Put Wasim in there for some left arm variety, though Ambrose is unlucky.

Heaven/Hell

Hobbs
Hutton
Bradman
Headley
Hammond
Keith Miller
Cameron
Trueman
Laker
Marshall
Barnes

Put Cameron in there just because I wanted to put a lesser known name in there somewhere. But by all accounts, he was an excellent keeper.

All the fast bowlers. Punishment for not being born in India.
So McGrath belongs in Hell SS? Seems like you've created your own little theological conundrum there mate! :)

McGrath exists everywhere, heaven, hell, earth. For him, a specific place is just a transient thing. He is omnipresent, in hell, as well as in heaven.

So he's watching you in the toilet is he? Off-putting to say the least. I s'pose at least he refrains from sledging you there.
