Don't really see why Cullen is rated that highly tbh....doesn't look to have that much more ability than Hauritz or Brad Young did.

Tough call with the bottom 3, and they could be in any order really. I'm also not really too sure about Powar, so he could go in a few places. The rest is pretty clear cut in my mind.

Cullen will obviously rise in the near future, but I'm not prepared to rate him too highly just yet.

Haven't really seen or heard enough about Cullen TBH. I presume this is just a basic list of decent finger-spinners?

A rash claim. Monty is a beginner, Vettori is much more experienced. If were talking tests maybe Panesar will turn out to be more effective as a wicket taker but its to early to say IMO. Vettori is a good bowler in ODIs at keeping the runs down and taking occasional 1 or 2 wickets in a match. His bowling averages dont reflect his ability.
