no way, not even close, hes damn good, plenty of heart and fire, very good bowler, but to say hes as good as walsh simply isnt true.Ntini IMO is in the same bracket as the Walshes

Wait, I missed that too. By Walsh, did you mean Courtney Walsh? The guy with 500+ wickets, who was one of the best bowlers of all time? The guy that bowled for 18 years? Thats such a ridiculous comparison, that its not even funny.C_C said:Ntini IMO is in the same bracket as the Walshes,Gillespies, etc. of the world- a fine bowler who'd have done a lot better if he had a great one beside him for most of his career.
And Jones isn't?silentstriker said:Bond is injured too often to have a rating,
.tbh i dont really see how you can conclusively justify such a claim.of course Ntini is better then Flintoff
In fast bowling he has been consistently better than Flintoff over the years, and especially in Flintoff's early career. I think you could still make the argument that Ntini is better, but both of their form over the last year has been excellent and doesn't leave much to choose from.sledger said:.tbh i dont really see how you can conclusively justify such a claim.
The 'great one' had me stumped as well.silentstriker said:Wait, I missed that too. By Walsh, did you mean Courtney Walsh? The guy with 500+ wickets, who was one of the best bowlers of all time? The guy that bowled for 18 years? Thats such a ridiculous comparison, that its not even funny.
