I really enjoyed the Kapil Dev video.. I was too young and don't remember any of the earlier matches when he was playing so it's nice to see them online Thanks!

Yusuf Pathan 105 v South Africa - YouTube

this is the best i have seen after Viv's 189.
Yusuf Pathan tearing apart the most in form bowling lineup on a pitch that assisted the bowlers.
All the other Indian batsmen were dancing against the SA bowlers in the same match.

they were dancing against them or dancing with them?
And smalishah's avatar is the most classy one by far Jan certainly echoes the sentiments of CW

Yeah we don't crap in the first world; most of us would actually have no idea what that was emanating from Ajmal's backside. Why isn't it roses and rainbows like what happens here? PEWS's retort to Ganeshran on Daemon's picture depicting Ajmal's excreta

They weren't able to handle the pace at all, Steyn, Morne Morkel, Tsotsotbe, Parnell, etc were too hot to handle for the other Indian batsmen on bouncy SA wickets,Yusuf was the only one who could give it back to them.
Smith himself said that he didn't knew what to do till Yusuf was on the pitch. He tore apart the SA bowling attack hitting 8 sixes and 8 fours to hit a 68 ball 100 on such a pitch against such a bowling lineup. That was the most awesome batting display I have ever seen.

The funny thing was that even the South African spectators were enjoying it

That's something more of us Indian fans should be able to do! Watch any team play and enjoy the sport for the level of play rather than just for who's wining and losing! It makes sports much more rewarding I think!

For all Hoggard lovers, a fine exhibition of swing bowling:

I think that happened during the MCG test of 79/80, of which very little footage remains at ch 9. I have tried and tried and tried, nothing.

this reminded me just how much fun it was to watch Wasim bowl.

He could do magic with the ball at any stage of the innings

Hey Rob, are there any more videos of Kapil Dev? there are very few right now, and also if there are videos of Kapil and Sir Viv playing in the same match. You might have his 129 against SA in Port Elizabeth Dec 1992 , or 9 for 83 against WI at Ahmedabad in 1983-84, or 100 of 95 balls vs WI at Port of Spain in Mar 1983, anything will do, even if its low quality, I would like to have it, please upload if you can.
    Thnx in advance.
