English players to skip the champions trophy.

The head of the australians clubs association has called on english cricketers to join flintoff,gilies and jones playing grade cricket in australia before the ashes.
Alex birmingham has said english cricketers like trescothic,strauss,harmison,pieterson,panaesar, and matt hoggard should prepare for the ashes playing in australia,he has called on the english board to send a A side to the champions trophy.
Birmingham has said english stars could give a lift initially to the grade season,which we see australian cricketers unavailable for the early grade season.
Birmingham said its either the ashes or the championship trophy you can't have both.
Rumours are now spreading that some english star players may skip the championship trophy to play grade next season.

The Gold Coast Dolphins wnat Andrew Flintoff to come and play here and play in the QCA matches up in and around Brisbane, the Dolphins are the same club as Andrew Symonds and once was home to Graeme Hick (where he scored a mountain of runs and an average of over a 100), but in the paper today they called him an "English Test great'.

You can't go much further wrong with the English one day side at the moments so maybe it would be worth experimenting with the likes of Chris Tremlett , Stuart Broad , James Foster , Jamie Dalrymple , Owais Shah etc...

The England guys need a rest. The Australians will have had six months off and the likes of Gilchrist and Ponting are set to miss the champions trophey aswell.

apparently brett lee is doing his bit to get Flintoff to come play with him at Mosman. Mosman have hosted Shoaib Akhtar in the past. Imagine the Mosman all time XI with those three in it.
