Should we expect seaming tracks for this series? Playing 3 specialist bowlers plus Razzaq is too risky bowling-wise and Razzaq will only pose a genuine threat on the right pitch.

he should have been dropped a long time ago. knowing the selectors of course a century by chris read against pakistan doesnt mean a thing, because fletcher doesnt like him.

I don't think Jones is as bad as made out but when you have Read who is obviously the superior gloveman and Jones not making runs while Read scores a ton against Pakistan you have to give Read a chance. Granted it is a depleted Pakistan bowling attack but you couldn't really see Jones making a ton.

ICC Stated that games should have TV coverage in order for 3rd umpires decision to be legal, since there was no coverage in the Pak game as well and SL/N'lands then how were these games official if there was any 3rd Umpire decision without TV Coverage

From the ICC playing conditions (hefty sized PDF), law 3.2 "Third Umpires/TV Replays"

3.2.1 (a), (b), (c), (d) all outline how the third umpire is supposed to get TV replays. Then 3.2.1 (e) goes:

The provisions of Clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d) above shall
not apply for series between a Full Member country and
Associate Member countries (whose matches have been
granted ODI status) and for series between such Associate
Member countries.
