I'm gonna miss Srinath's gems like calling Kevin Pietersen "Peter Kirsten"
You can't buy that hilarity

Eoin Morgan on being given a rice cooker for being Man of the Match in a Dhaka Premier Division game.
Yeah, I read the link you posted. Strange it is now gone.Originally Posted by Pratyush

"That's a cover drive through the covers!"
It really was painful having Deano and Java on together.
I'm not sure why, but I actually enjoy listening to Deano in the commentary.
Deano is a very rare specimin - a commentator I genuinely prefer not to listen to.
Most commentators on all stations I enjoy - but not Dean Jones.
Just too over-enthusiastic.
Srinath's commentary couldn't be worse than Peter Bacellas, Kris Srikkanth, Madan Lal, Anshuman Gaikwad, Venkatesh "ah...ah...ah" Prasad or those four-ball overs Doordarshan and Sahara One have forced on fans.
"Talent is nothing without opportunity"
"You're not remembered for aiming at the target, but hitting it"
Twenty20 used to be boring.

It is a clever move in my opinion. People will not break breach ICC laws just to avoid having to spend time with match referee Srinath.
The ICC and its cunning moves!
That'd be Anshuman Gaekwad?Originally Posted by Arjun
