Cricket Trivia - Western Warrior Style

I know there are already a few cricket trivia threads on this forum so will apologies for starting another one. However, I received this question in an email and it took me a few hours to figure it out. Hopefully you can do better than I

Q. What do all players in this 'XI' have on common?

1 Leonard Hutton (ENG) *
2 Saeed Anwar (PAK)
3 George E Tyldesley (ENG)
4 Kenneth F Barrington (ENG)
5 Martin P Donnelly (NZ)
6 Marvan S Atapattu (SRL)
7 Hashan P TillaKaratne (SRL) +
8 Gerald E Gomez (WI)
9 Ian R Bishop (WI)
10 Frederick R Spofforth (AUS)
11 Alexander G Cremer (ZIM)

Quite a strong team I have to admit, though the bowling needs a little work.

All of them failed to reach double figures in either innings of their first test match.

Smart Alec!

Ok!

Here's one that should strain the mental muscles a bit more.

Q - Who is primarily responsible for causing these rather average bowling figures?

41 5 121 1
49 5 136 2
61 30 93 1
39 8 109 2
62 35 61 1
57 25 94 1
10 5 10 0

No. The ducks answer is good enough, though its surprising how many failed to reach double figures in either innings too
