    Upcoming Records

    The thread where you state what milestones are going to be reached in the near future. To start off with:

    Chris Cairns - Needs 50 more runs to reach 5000 runs and become one of the exclusive ODI allrounders club with 5000 runs and 200 wickets.

    Adam Gilchrist - Needs 82 runs to reach 5000 test runs.

    Brett Lee - Needs 8 more test wickets to get 200 wickets.

    Chris Gayle needs 9 Test wickets for 50.

    Pedro Collins needs 4 Test wickets for 100.

    Ramnaresh Sarwan needs 116 Test runs for 4000.

    Richard Kelly needs 1 Test/ODI cap to be an international superstar...

    Ashley Giles needs 10 Test wickets for 150.

    Marcus Trescothick needs 77 ODI runs for 4000.

    Andrew Flintoff needs 184 Test runs for 3000.

    Steve Harmison needs 123 Test runs for 500.

    Matthew Hoggard needs 16 Test wickets for 200.

    Geraint Jones needs 48 Test runs for 1000. He needs 15 Test dismissals for 100.

    Mohammad Yousuf needs 19 ODI runs for 7000.

    Shahid Afridi needs 11 Test wickets for 50.

    Salman Butt needs 173 ODI runs for 1000.

    Sourav Ganguly needs 7 ODI wickets for 100.

    Rahul Dravid needs 157 ODI runs for 9000.

    Sachin Tendulkar needs 91 ODI runs for 14000.

    ODIS
    Chris Cairns - 50 runs till 5000 runs
    Nathan Astle - 3 wickets till he gets 100 (Check out his 20/20 bowling stats)
    Daniel Vettori - 10 runs till 1000 runs
    Jacob Oram - 6 wickets till 100
    Brendon McCullum - 1 catch till 100


    TESTS
    Nathan Astle - 4 wickets till he gets 50
    James Franklin - 3 wickets till 50
    Chris Martin - 4 runs till 50

    lara needs about 5 double centuries to be the batsman with the most dbl cntries in tests and hes going after it

    If Gillespie returns to half the bowler he was at his best, he'd still be leagues better than Lee/Bracken/Clark/Lewis/Tait. Jason Gillespie is a quality player. As soon as he remembers that, he'll return to being the 2nd best seamer in Australia. The problem is that the Australian selectors may never allow him the chance to prove that his memory has returned.
