Very Ashes heavy-list, I'm afraid, but what are you gonna do?!? :D

I just want to give the Overall award to......Matthew Hoggard

I reckon he is one of the best swing bowlers in the World. People go on about Jones (after he had one good series against the Aussies) but Hoggard has been doing it for a while now. I think he has over 200 wickets already. He doesnt get all the limelight as its taken by the other 3 in Flintoff, Harmie and Jones. I would rate Hoggard higher than both Jones and Harmie. BIg call I know but he is always on the spot, gets a good % of LBW/Bowled as well. Top bowler with a huge heart but has a poor haircut. Needs to take Bracken with him to the barbers..

Also tailender has to go to Brett Lee. Has contributed a fair bit with the bat this year. Has shown that he has the technique to maybe finish with a test average over 30 which would be a great effort.

Daniel Vettori could get a place in greatest catch of the year when he got cameron white caught off the bowling of Chris Martin in the final chappel/hadlee game - check it out at blackcaps.co.nz and go to 431 club if you want to see it. They have got a good fanclub who else can watch highlights of a game for free whenever you want! Anyway tail ender of the year probably should be a Bangladesh player as tail enders often score higher than the openers when I see the scorecard.
