Why didn't you mention some other good spinners such as: Chris Gayle, Shahid Afridi, Murali Kartik, Paul Adams, Ragana Herath, Upul Chandana, Arshad Khan etc while mentioning other less prominent players such as Ricardo Powell and Jeetan Patel.

Thats a pretty accurate order but I might be tempted to place Rafique above Kartik and he did ask you to sort them into classes rather than numerical order of quality.
