As a father of 3 little ones and my mate with one, we play any moving ball that touches a pre-schooler is considered runout. The toddlers can (although its considered bad form) be strategically placed around the field to provide cover in certain areas. Although this gets harder to pull off ever year as they start actively hunting the ball...

must bowl alternate spin/fast overs
any window on full out, garden on full out, over fence out etc...
one hand one bounce, but a catch on the full that is fumbled is considered dropped
