This is pathetic. Makes one realise the worth of a person like Dalmiya. He'd never have pampered the ECB with all their nonsense.

Why do we have to bring such issues ? If the Board decides to change the venues..good for them..Why do we have to feel that BCCI is pampering ECB or they are trying to be a PAIN if they dont.

What has this to do with Dalmiya or the neww BCCI management ?

Why cant it be looked at a sensible decision ?

Just because it is also one that ECB may have wanted doesnt necessarily make it suspect or taking it show a propensity to being subservient ?

And why does arrogance and a complete disregard of the opinions of others have to be seen as a desirable virtue?

I guess it is just a compromise.... I think England shouldn't have complained, but once they have, as hosts, India were expected to try and mete out a compromise, which has now happened.
