Hampshire have replaced Smith (who resigned) with one Shane Keith Warne.

Is it a good thing or a bad thing - he's certainly high profile, but the number of games he's likely to miss due to International games means they need a good deputy.

Still, it'll be great to see him back.

hmm thats interesting. i dont think the captain should be the guy that is away all the time. the captain doesnt have to be a star he has to be a team man... or she has to be a team woman :P
