SJS, you rule.
Or rather, you don't because we don't live in a meritocracy.
SJS, you ought to rule.

Robert Frost:
Going through woods on a snowy evening
They titled it "Stopping by the woods on a snowy evening" in my English book back in school. IT is legendary here in India by the way, because it was apparently the poem that inspired Jawaharlal Nehru.

Brilliant stuff, SJS. :D

A man has never looked as proud to be a dunce as you do in the outdoor picture, by the way.

So finally they are here.

1. Dunce in the lobby of the building in which he stays just before going out on the streets.
2. and 3. Dunce at home one day earlier when he couldnt go out since someone droped in.
4. Out on the streets
5. With Buck Divecha's family. We were invited there for lunch. You can see Sandhya his daughter and Jyoti Kaki his wife.

And there is one more.

Its Ramesh Buck Divecha in his University days and a few days before he passed away. The tropy you see is the mounted ball with which he took 6 for 23 including a hat trick in this match against Surrey in India's 1952 tour of England.

The miniature bat has the signatures, now pretty difficult to read, of the Indian team, of which he was a member, which brought India's first ever test match win
