So who is going to win the Ashes?

Australia to retain or England to win the ashes?

IMO England will win them. Will be interesting to see if Australians are backing their side and if the englishman are confident.

It could go either way really. I would be surprised if England won with McGrath playing and Jones out, but with bad weather on the way a draw is likely possibility. If there is enough time, I think Australia will win it.

The thing is, how fit is McGrath?

If he's OT-fit then how much of a factor will he be?

He will still be a big factor, but in favour of England, me thinks.

England. It's theoretically possible for us to retain them - I just don't see it happening with us batting second, the inability for anyone bar Warne to take a wicket 60 overs in and all the predictions of bad weather.
