    help me spin...

i can get lots of spin on a ball....but i have had no training whatsoever and i dont know how to improve my accuracy, revolutions.

i think the accuracy is most important....what should i be looking at when i am bowling...where i want it to pitch or my target???

atm i use a whole load of ways i basically made myself in order to spin the ball...at the moment the most effective way seems to be using my thumb to role the ball over my palm and out the top of my hand.
