4 years ago, I knew forming the VSAS would pay off!! I saw this guys potential.... anyone with such incredible hand-eye coordination and such aggression is bound to be a great player to watch..

Interesting article, but I think that much of the statistical comparisons are rendered useless with Gilchrist's batting position.

I think Sehwag will climb all over Gilchrist in the next few years. Gilly will be lucky to make it till the WC2007 anyways (said so himself, IIRC).

nah Gilly has said he is unlikley to go past teh WC. he has the burden of keeping which Sehwag doesn't and he didn't get into the national team as young.
