Not if you are asking whether it is POSSIBLE to bet. But it is a bit early to know the correct ranking of favourites since teams may improve or go down in the time left. So it cuts both ways, you could pick up a real bargain if you felt a team was under rated and is likely to improve in the time ahead.steds said:

I still think England are good value at 10s, there's only really 8 teams in it to start with and England will have as good a chance as any (except Australia) in WI conditions when they're taking the shorter format seriously. I also think Bangladesh are too long considering they should improve in the next two years (yes they're still gonna be rubbish, but not 500-1 rubbish).
