Make a cricketing prediction for a match or a series. The prediction must be made before the match starts. 3 points for getting a test match right, 1 for a one dayer. People get negative 3 and one for getting a wrong prediction as well.

At the end each month, the person with most points wins the prediction thingy.

Ah yes, no predictions for matches involving Bangladesh and Zimbabwe will be taken in and only international cricket. Prediction must be made 'before' the match or series starts.

Since there is only one international match coming up in what remains of this month, the prediction competition for the month will be a bit different.

Points would be awarded as follows :-

Result of the match - 3 points
Player to take most wickets in the match - 2 points
Player to make most runs in the match - 2 points
Player to take most catches in the match - 1 point
Number of centuries in the match - 1 point
Number of 5 wicket halls in the match - 1 point

That is a total of ten points for the match. The highest scorer will be the prediction league champion for the month of April 2005.

Predictions should come before the test match starts on the 21st.

So, Bangladesh v Australia is out, but USA v UAE is in? :wacko:

Okay only international test and one day matches in which test nations play versus each other. All test nations except Bangladesh and Zimbabwe :p

So the comp starts with the 4th or 3rd Test between WI and SA???

Also i don't seen the point in No of 100s and 5wh, i would increase the points for most catches and the result.

I brought in more parameters as there is only one game and for a clear winner it would be more probable if there are more parameters to decide a winner based on a single game.
