its amazing isnt it? they do it once, it works for them and then they have to do it before every delivery.

True story: when I was at uni, upon discovering that I was from the Fens of Cambridgeshire, my old anthropology tutor opined that the birth weight of babies round my way is significantly higher than the national average. I asked why this should be & he replied,

"Why, in-breeding of course, dear boy"

To this day I dunno if he was joking at my expense or not!
