No, I've punched people in the gob for telling wildly inappropriate jokes... such as joking about nasty deaths.

    No, I don't, I was just exaggerating.
I can see the seriousness somewhere deep down there... however hard it kicks and screams against being dragged out.

and do you think carrying out outragously violent acts against people (in a society where violent reaction such as this low down on..infact is criminal) is not wildly inappropriate...in fact, much more so.

Or is this you just defying convention again Richard?

Hey, I've punched people in the face just because they were talking.
'Copperfield,' said Mr. Micawber, 'farewell! Every happiness and prosperity! If, in the progress of revolving years, I could persuade myself that my blighted destiny had been a warning to you, I should feel that I had not occupied another man's place in existence altogether in vain.

Punching people in the face is stupid and a lot less efficient. A knee or kick to the groin and a punch to the kidneys is a lot better.

I'd almost imagine telling a joke in front of you would be wildly inappropriate It's all a matter of opinion as to what's inappropriate I suppose, you can always offend someone if you try hard enough.

    - As featured in The Independent.

"The committee discussed the issue of illegal bowling actions, and believed that there are a number of bowlers currently employing suspect actions in international cricket, and that the ICC's reporting and testing procedures are not adequately scrutinising these bowlers."
    - Even the ICC's own official press release thinks things must change
