Muralitharan - the Greatest Bowler of All Time

Muttiah Muralitharan is in my opinion the greatest bowler of all time and this fact is appreciated and agreed by many great cricketers. Although his action has brought upon the "skeptics" and "ridiculours" to haunt him day and night, he has answered back by capturing wickets of the cricketers who hail from those "persons'" countries. His statistics speak for themselves and scientific evidence has proven that he is a legitimate bowler and indeed that many bowlers considered legal are infact illegal. One must even try emulating the bowling action of Murali to appreciate his consistency on pitching the ball in the right place day in and day out. There are other bowlers who can match up to Murali on certain days but at the end of his career no one will be able to surpass him. Long Live the TRUE SPIN KING and THE DON BRADMAN OF BOWLERS. For all you people who believe that he chucks, just stop watching cricket because your opinion doesnt matter anymore. LOL.

I don't see how spinners get wickets. They are so bloody easy to tonk. And in this day and age with the exceelent batsmen that we see now, Warne and Murali shouldnt be getting wickets. If only everyone could just take Afridi's mindset.

certinaly in new zealand spinners are easy to play at top club level, but thats due to pitches, from right when players are young. very few players ever learn the true art of spin here because from an early age, it pas dividends to bowl seam up. go try play spin in india, i bet ud get ****ed up

Muralitharan is no more a chucker than most bowlers, and what on Earth there is in the way of evidence to suggest he's past his best I don't know, but one thing is certain:
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO SAY WHO THE GREATEST BOWLER OF ALL-TIME IS, because there are too many possibilities and variables that affect the outcome.

Some people just can't accept that anyone could possibly be better than the pillmeister. Obviously Murali is one of the greatest bowlers of all time, but IMO Sydney Barnes and Malcolm Marshall have just as good a claim to the 'Greatest Bowler Of All Time' title.
