Australia's best ever ODI side

Apparently it was recently named:

Mark Waugh
Adam Gilchrist
Dean Jones
Ricky Ponting
Steve Waugh
Michael Bevan
Andrew Symonds
Simon O'Donnell
Shane Warne
Dennis Lillee
Glenn McGrath

The only topical selection could be Symonds ahead of Greg Chappell.

The rest picked themselves.

The only change I'd make is to have

Greg chappell ahead of steve waugh at 5 and ponting would be my captain

Hard to argue with any of the others

I agree with Greg Chappel in ahead of Steve Waugh. I don't remember O'Donnell being especially brilliant but can't think of an alternative. Otherwise I can't fault the team.

couldnt have odonnell in there. brilliant on his day but far too inconsistent. same with symonds.
I would only have the 1980s version of Steve Waugh that too just under 200 wickets in the side. The later, non-bowling version wouldnt make it.
